«Change It» es mi primera colección en la Blockchain de Bitcoin, publicada en Gamma, donde cada obra es única (1/1) y tiene un precio de 25.000 sats.
La serie transforma los billetes del euro en soportes artísticos que cuestionan el valor del dinero fiat y defienden la soberanía económica que ofrece Bitcoin. Para ello, cada denominación integra una obra que he creado a lo largo de estos años, cargada de su propio significado y ahora reinterpretada como parte de un manifiesto visual.
El mensaje central, «Change it for Bitcoin», conecta la fuerza simbólica de cada pieza con una reflexión sobre el poder, la libertad y el cambio de paradigma monetario.
5 € – “Aprendiendo de las Sabinas”
Inspirada en la fuerza y resistencia femenina, esta obra se superpone al billete de menor valor para mostrar cómo, incluso en un sistema que empobrece a la gente, la dignidad y la lucha persisten. La historia de las Sabinas, símbolo de resiliencia, aquí se convierte en un grito contra la erosión del poder adquisitivo.
10 € – “Zugarramurdi”
Con el rojo intenso del billete como fondo, esta pieza conecta con la memoria de las mujeres perseguidas en la historia, como las brujas de Zugarramurdi. Su presencia sobre el billete denuncia cómo el control —económico o social— siempre recae sobre los más vulnerables, revelando la naturaleza coercitiva del sistema fiat.
20 € – “Sirena en la noche”
En el azul del billete emerge la figura de una sirena, atrapada entre el misterio y la atracción peligrosa. Igual que el dinero fiat, su canto es seductor, pero esconde un destino incierto. Esta obra advierte sobre las promesas engañosas de estabilidad y prosperidad que el sistema monetario no puede cumplir.
50 € – “El lamento de la Serpiente”
Sobre el ocre del billete, la serpiente se retuerce en una expresión ambigua: poder y fragilidad, dominio y dolor. Representa la naturaleza del mercado cautivo, manipulado por intereses que escapan a la vista pública.
100 € – “Mujer a la sombra de un árbol” (boceto)
El verde del billete acoge una figura serena pero oculta, protegida bajo la sombra. Esta imagen alude a la estabilidad aparente que proyecta el sistema financiero, una calma que esconde estructuras rígidas y jerárquicas.
200 € – “Mujer en la casa de campo”
En tonos dorados, la figura femenina en un entorno rural evoca intimidad y aislamiento. Aquí, el valor elevado del billete se confronta con la idea de que la riqueza acumulada no siempre significa libertad, y puede convertirse en un límite invisible.
500 € – “La creación, compilación interrumpida”
El billete más alto se tiñe de morado y se convierte en el soporte de una obra que habla de procesos inconclusos. La creación interrumpida simboliza el final inevitable del dinero fiat: un sistema que, por su propia naturaleza, no puede sostenerse eternamente y está destinado a ser reemplazado.
En conjunto, «Change It» funciona como un relato visual en siete capítulos. Desde la resistencia y la dignidad de Aprendiendo de las Sabinas hasta el eco inconcluso de La creación, compilación interrumpida, cada billete nos lleva por un viaje que expone las fisuras del sistema fiat. Son escenas que hablan de persecución, seducción, manipulación, calma aparente, aislamiento y colapso inevitable. Al inscribir estas obras en la Blockchain de Bitcoin, no solo preservo su existencia en el tiempo: las convierto en un manifiesto permanente por la libertad financiera y el cambio de paradigma.

The series transforms euro banknotes into artistic canvases that question the value of fiat money and advocate for the monetary sovereignty that Bitcoin offers. Each denomination incorporates a work I have created over the years, carrying its own meaning and now reinterpreted as part of a visual manifesto.
The central message, «Change it for Bitcoin», connects the symbolic strength of each piece with a reflection on power, freedom, and the monetary paradigm shift.
5 € – “Aprendiendo de las Sabinas” (Learning from the Sabinas)
Inspired by female strength and resilience, this work overlays the smallest-value banknote to show how, even in a system that impoverishes people, dignity and perseverance remain. The story of the Sabinas, a symbol of endurance, here becomes a cry against the erosion of purchasing power.
10 € – “Zugarramurdi”
Set against the intense red of the banknote, this piece connects with the memory of women persecuted throughout history, such as the witches of Zugarramurdi. Their presence on the bill denounces how control—economic or social—always falls on the most vulnerable, exposing the coercive nature of the fiat system.
20 € – “Sirena en la noche” (Siren in the Night)
Emerging from the blue of the bill, the figure of a siren is caught between mystery and dangerous allure. Like fiat money, her song is seductive but hides an uncertain fate. This piece warns of the false promises of stability and prosperity that the monetary system cannot deliver.
50 € – “El lamento de la Serpiente” (The Serpent’s Lament)
Over the ochre of the banknote, the serpent twists in an ambiguous expression of power and fragility, dominance and pain. It represents the nature of a captive market, manipulated by forces that remain hidden from public view.
100 € – “Mujer a la sombra de un árbol” (Woman in the Shadow of a Tree) – Sketch
The green of the banknote hosts a serene yet concealed figure, sheltered in the shade. This image alludes to the apparent stability projected by the financial system—a calm that hides rigid and hierarchical structures.
200 € – “Mujer en la casa de campo” (Woman in the Country House)
In golden tones, the female figure in a rural setting evokes intimacy and seclusion. Here, the high value of the bill is contrasted with the idea that accumulated wealth does not always mean freedom—it can become an invisible limit.
500 € – “La creación, compilación interrumpida” (The Creation, Interrupted Compilation)
The highest-value banknote turns purple, becoming the backdrop for a piece about unfinished processes. The interrupted creation symbolizes the inevitable end of fiat money: a system that, by its very nature, cannot sustain itself forever and is destined to be replaced.
Together, «Change It» works as a seven-chapter visual narrative. From the resistance and dignity of Aprendiendo de las Sabinas to the unfinished echo of La creación, compilación interrumpida, each banknote takes us on a journey exposing the cracks in the fiat system. These are scenes that speak of persecution, seduction, manipulation, apparent calm, isolation, and inevitable collapse. By inscribing these works on the Bitcoin Blockchain, I not only preserve their existence over time: I turn them into a permanent manifesto for financial freedom and the shift to a new paradigm.
